Copper & Pine Mercantile

A specialty coffee bar and curated general store on a Brandon, Mississippi corner — the lights have been on since 2018.

Step Inside

A coffee bar and a general store, under one small-town roof.

Ethan and Claire Morrison opened Copper & Pine because the good things were too far apart — the proper pour-over, the hand-picked trail gear, the gift made by someone with a name. Now they're all on the same shelves, and the folks behind the counter still remember your order.

Brandon, Mississippi — Est. 2018

Built by two people who were tired of driving.

Good coffee was one town over. Decent trail gear was a highway exit past that. A gift that didn't come off a big-box shelf meant a Saturday in Jackson. So in 2018, Ethan and Claire Morrison stopped driving and started building — eight hundred square feet on a Brandon corner, painted deep pine green, with a coffee bar up front.

Eight years on, the shop has grown into the town's gathering place, but the counter works the way it always has: they know the regulars by name, and the order's usually started before you reach the register.
